The important bits

Website Terms of Use

Welcome to Moneykind. These terms explain how our website and introductions service work, what you can expect from us and some important limitations.

In a nutshell

Moneykind helps you connect with businesses offering financial and professional services. It's free to send us an enquiry. We do not provide personalised financial, mortgage, insurance, legal or tax advice through this website. Any advice or service you choose to receive is provided by the relevant third-party firm, under its own terms.

1. Who operates Moneykind?

Moneykind is a trading name of Andeevs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05672633. Its registered office is 3 Main Road, Hoo, Rochester, United Kingdom, ME3 9AA.

Andeevs Limited's data protection registration reference is ZB136992. For information about how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What Moneykind does

Our website helps people make enquiries about services such as mortgages, insurance, financial advice, accountancy, business finance, and wills and estate planning. Where appropriate and with the relevant permission, we may introduce you to a participating professional or business.

Submitting an enquiry does not mean you have entered into a contract with a professional, that an introduction is guaranteed, or that you will qualify for any product or service.

3. We are an introductions service

Moneykind does not itself assess your full financial circumstances, recommend particular regulated financial products, arrange financial transactions or provide personalised professional advice through this website. The provider you are introduced to is responsible for explaining its own regulatory status, services, fees and terms before you engage it.

We may introduce enquiries to Reeds Financial Limited where appropriate, as well as to other participating firms. Any relevant commercial or other material relationship will be disclosed appropriately. Our Regulatory Information page explains our role in more detail.

4. What happens when you enquire?

When you complete an enquiry form, we use the information you provide to understand the type of help you're looking for and to respond to you. Where you give the required permission, we may pass relevant details to a participating provider so they can contact you about your enquiry.

We cannot promise a particular response time, a successful match or that every provider will be able to assist. Please provide accurate contact information and avoid including passwords, bank card details or unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

5. Fees and commercial relationships

There is no fee to submit an enquiry to Moneykind. Moneykind may receive a referral or introduction fee from a participating business. Such payments may influence which participating firms are available for an introduction; Moneykind does not claim to search or compare the entire market.

The firm you speak to may charge its own fees. It should explain any charges and relevant terms before you agree to use its services. An introduction through Moneykind does not oblige you to proceed.

6. Information, guides and calculators

Articles, guides, examples and calculators on this website are provided for general information only. Calculations are estimates based on the information entered and any stated assumptions; they are not quotes, offers, guarantees or personalised recommendations.

Rates, rules, eligibility criteria and tax treatment can change. You should verify important information with an appropriately qualified professional before making a decision.

7. Third-party providers and websites

Participating providers operate independently and may have their own privacy notices, regulatory disclosures and terms of business. We do not control their advice, decisions, products, charges or service delivery.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean we endorse everything on those websites.

8. Using this website

Please use Moneykind lawfully and do not submit false enquiries, impersonate another person, attempt to interfere with the website or misuse its forms and systems. You must be at least 18 to submit an enquiry through our website.

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, text, graphics and other original content belong to Andeevs Limited or their respective licensors. You may read and print pages for personal use but may not reproduce substantial parts for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete or up to date.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Privacy and marketing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiries and personal information. Any optional marketing choice is separate from permission to share your enquiry with a provider. You do not need to opt in to marketing to submit an enquiry.

For information about website cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

11. Complaints and contacting us

If you have a concern about the Moneykind website or our introductions service, please use our contact page or see our Complaints page.

If your concern relates to advice, a product or a service provided by a third-party firm, you should normally contact that firm directly. The provider should explain its complaints process and any applicable external escalation rights.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our website, services or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Before publication

Confirm the website's final contact method, verify that all described activities and referral arrangements reflect how Moneykind actually operates, and obtain a regulatory/legal review of the introduction model before accepting live enquiries. Remove this box once those checks are complete.
