Moneykind

Regulatory information

We believe finding the right professional should be straightforward. Here's how Moneykind's introduction service is intended to work, and where regulated advice comes in.

Our role

Moneykind is a trading name of Andeevs Limited. Moneykind is intended to help people make enquiries and connect with participating financial and professional services businesses. Moneykind does not itself provide personalised mortgage, insurance, investment, legal or tax advice.

Where a regulated service is required, any advice or regulated activity must be provided by a firm with the appropriate permissions or other lawful basis to carry it out.

Who operates Moneykind?

Moneykind is a trading name of Andeevs Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 05672633. Its registered office is 3 Main Road, Hoo, Rochester, ME3 9AA.

Andeevs Limited and Reeds Financial Limited are separate legal companies. Any introduction to Reeds Financial Limited would be an introduction to a separate firm, not advice from Moneykind.

Are we authorised by the FCA?

Moneykind must not be understood to be FCA-authorised merely because a participating firm is authorised. Andeevs Limited's own regulatory status, and the basis on which each category of introduction can lawfully be made, must be verified before the service is publicly launched.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates certain financial services in the UK. You can check a financial services firm's status and permissions on the FCA Financial Services Register. Being listed on the Register does not mean a firm has permission for every financial service.

What happens after an enquiry?

When you submit an enquiry, Moneykind may review the information you provide and, where you have agreed to the relevant sharing, pass it to a participating firm that may be able to help. The receiving firm is responsible for explaining its own regulatory status, services, fees and terms before you decide whether to proceed.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an introduction, an offer of finance, eligibility for a product or acceptance by a professional firm.

What services might we introduce you to?

Do we receive referral fees?

Moneykind may receive a payment from a participating firm when an enquiry is introduced or results in business. There is no charge simply to submit a Moneykind enquiry. A professional firm may charge its own fees and should explain these before you engage its services. Relevant commercial relationships and any disclosures required by law or applicable regulatory rules should be made clear.

Privacy and complaints

Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data, including how enquiry details may be shared. For concerns about Moneykind's own service, see our Complaints page. If your concern relates to advice or services provided by another firm, that firm's complaints process may apply; access to the Financial Ombudsman Service depends on the firm, activity and complaint.

Pre-launch regulatory review required

This page is a draft pending verification of Andeevs Limited's FCA status (if any), the lawful basis for each proposed introduction journey, financial promotions arrangements, referral agreements and any necessary disclosures about relationships with participating firms. Do not remove this notice or treat this wording as regulatory approval until those checks have been completed.
